Congratulations to all my PA colleagues who celebrate 40 years of the physician assistant profession this week.On October 6, 1967, the first physician assistants graduated from Duke University. Today, approximately 64,000 PAs are providing essential medical and surgical services to people throughout the United States and internationally.

There have been times of troubles when I didn't know about opportunities of getting high yields on investments. I was a dump and downright stupid person.
